Refund & Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal of Admission and Refund of fees, as per terms and condition of the Institute in accordance with respective affiliated University policies.

Refund of Registration Fee:

Registration Fee is non refundable, objective behind is to avoid frivolous applicants. Any concern on this advised to approach the Program Director in person.

Refund of Tuition Fees (Academic Fee):

  • Applications received with valid supportive document before 30 days prior to commencement of program will be eligible for refund, requisite administrative charges will be deducted.
  • Applications received after commencement of program with any document will not be considered for refund under any circumstances. Any concern on this advised to approach the Program Director in person.
We have full right to consider and review the applications for withdrawal & refund of fee, if amount paid by the user is in excess will be refunded or adjust against any payables. All refund cases takes its own time to complete the process, in case of any documents submitted as a proof found false or fake, such applications will be rejected with no refund.

Refund of Hostel Fees (Accomodation & Food charges)

  • Hostel Caution Deposit : Refundable deposit on completion of the program / vacating the hostel.
  • Hostel Charges (Food + Accommodation + Transportation) : One hostel is occupied by signing the application form, no refund, complete 1 year hostel fee will be collected if paid partly & vacates between the academic year.
